Image photo requirements and format

We process the four most common image types. All digital cameras and graphic design programs will produce at least one of these file types. The types we accept are JPEG, TIFF, BMP, and PNG. Our preferred file type is JPEG, which produces excellent print results and efficient file sizes. If your image is in a different format, please save it as one of the above formats before submitting to us.


Don’t worry if you aren't a big colour geek, your camera produces images in a colour space we can handle (typically sRGB). If you prefer, you can also upload images in Adobe RGB, or any other popular RGB Colour Profile. Please do NOT upload images in the CMYK colour space.


You can upload files up to 20 MB and/or 20MP in size. Should your images be larger than the file size or resolution limits, please use FTP. Upload or email your photo to:, or contact us for details on how to adjust your file and process your order.


HOMEIN FRAME will make every effort to ensure the authenticity of the colors in the order. For the images, text, and logos you provide, there may be differences between the colors and locations in the final product (color differences between screens). Before the customer orders, please make sure that you have a clear understanding of the above situation. We are also happy to respond to the quality questions or other questions about the products. Online order status

After completing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the purchase with an order number. Order numbers can be used as a reference if additional support is needed. If the email is lost or deleted, you can still track orders through your online account.



Submit information

Customers should be aware of the importance of submitting accurate information. Your communication materials are very important. If we have any questions about the images or orders you submit, we can promptly respond to you and follow up the service. Please be assured that the information you provide is only for our ability to process your order more efficiently.



Lead time

As we are a print on demand company, each item is made to your specifications with care. After you’ve placed your order, delivery may take as little as 5 to 10 business days. Acrylic orders may take from 10 - 15 business days to be delivered.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email with the order number so that you can check your order progress online or by phone. The actual delivery date of your order will be determined when we ship the package. Change shipping address

If the customer needs to change the shipping address and the order is still in the unsent phase, we will try to resolve it for you.
